Before updating, please check your camera's current firmware revision number by turning on the camera while holding down the Flash button. The firmware number is the third item from the top. If your firmware version number is LESS than 3.00.10 (for example, 3.00.07), then you should install this updated version of firmware. NOTE: The instructions in the readme.html file need to be followed precisely in order for your camera's firmware to be successfully updated. A memory card is required for updating the firmware.
